You have full control over your account and can delete it at any time.
How to Delete
- Log in to your MagicScreenshots account
- Click on your profile menu (top right)
- Select "Settings"
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
What Gets Deleted
Account deletion permanently removes:
- Your user profile and login credentials
- All uploaded screenshots and images
- All generated screenshots
- Your app projects and settings
- Job history and metadata
- Any remaining credits
Important Notes
- Irreversible: This action cannot be undone
- No Refunds: Unused credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded
- Download First: Download any screenshots you want to keep before deleting
- Processing Time: Data is deleted within 30 days per our retention policy
Data Retention
After deletion:
- Active data is removed immediately
- Backups are purged within 30 days
- Anonymized analytics may be retained
- Legal records (transactions) may be kept as required by law
