Terms of Service

The service

MagicScreenshots lets you browse a library of real App Store listings for reference and research, and use AI to restyle and localize your own App Store screenshots. You can use it on the website, through AI agents over MCP, through the API and through the CLI. AI output can be wrong or imperfect; check it before you publish.

Accounts and API keys

You need an account to generate screenshots or buy a plan. Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret: you are responsible for what happens under your account, including requests an AI agent makes with your key. Revoke a key in Settings if it leaks.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use MagicScreenshots to copy another app’s listing and pass it off as your own, or to create misleading App Store listings.
• Do not generate illegal content or content that breaks Apple’s or Google’s store guidelines.
• Do not attack, overload or reverse engineer the service, or scrape it beyond the API, MCP and CLI we provide.
• Do not resell access to the library or the generation service.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and of the screenshots we generate for you, and you may use them commercially. You give us permission to store and process your uploads only to provide the service.

Credits and subscriptions

• Generation uses credits: pay-as-you-go credits, or a monthly image allowance on Starter and Pro that resets each billing month.
• Library Pro and Library Team are monthly subscriptions. Library Team is billed per seat.
• Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Credits and subscription payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices can change with 30 days' notice, and changes do not affect credits already bought.
• We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

The screenshot library

The library contains third-party App Store marketing assets (screenshots, preview videos, icons and app names). They are shown for reference and research, and they belong to their respective developers. Being in the library does not mean a developer endorses MagicScreenshots. Do not reuse these assets as your own.

Takedowns: if you own an app and want its assets removed, email support@humanleap.com with the subject "Takedown" and the app's App Store link. We aim to remove it within 5 working days.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated screenshots will be accepted by any app store.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using MagicScreenshots and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
