No Credit Loss
If a generation fails for any reason:
- No credits are deducted from your account
- Credits are only consumed on successful generations
- You can retry the same job immediately
Common Failure Reasons
- Timeout: Generation took too long (over 90 seconds)
- Server Load: Temporary capacity issues
- Content Issues: AI couldn't process the specific image combination
- Network Problems: Connection interrupted during processing
How to Retry
- Find the failed job in your History tab
- Click the "Retry" button
- The job will be reprocessed automatically
Persistent Failures
If a job fails repeatedly:
- Try with a different inspiration app
- Check that your source images are high quality
- Contact support if the issue persists
Status Indicators
Jobs show clear status indicators:
- Pending: Queued for processing
- Processing: Currently being generated
- Completed: Successfully generated
- Failed: Error occurred - retry available
